Low growing, compact form with double, velvety, dark red, (7-10 cm) lightly scented blooms all summer. Bloom clusters held up by deep red stems. Very hardy. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil. Named for the 100th Anniversary of the Canadian Red Cross Society.
